This is another well made and quality item from Mirafit. I would advise for adults only as the metal cable moving at high speed could be dangerous!

This ropes great but for me it’s a bit long so after some testing I cut it down to the correct length. Be warned that one small mistake and a metal cable is cracking you in the back of the head

Good rope, I found the cable grip to be a little annoying with a tendency to come lose from time to time with the excess cable just stuck out at side.. This wasnt ideal as the rope is quite long so quite a long bit of cable was pulled through.. however, I'm new to crossfit, got one of the seasoned crossfitters at the gym to try it and he said liked it, he is taller than me, so had less excess. (Obviously could be resolved by snipping the end but worried it would fray)

Works well and fluid. Easily adjustable length. Would be nice if somehow the cable was fixable at the grips as can get messy when picking back up between sets. Good overall and works well at fair price.

Great rope for the price. Handles are a nice weight and feel like they will last. Will just need to buy replacement rope from time to time. Nice smooth spin. No complaints
