Delivery & Assembly

• At least two people will be required for assembly
• Assemble the rack first (instructions included in side bracers box) then assemble the functional trainer (instructions included with the main components)
• Assembly Requires:
• 2 x 16mm spanners / sockets
• 2 x 24mm spanners / sockets
• 4mm/5mm Allen key (included)
• A basic universal wrench is included but we do not recommend using this as it is far easier to use spanners/sockets
• Assembly requires the weight indicator stickers to be stuck onto the weight stack
