• Available to fit the 205cm and 230cm M4 Power Rack and Half Power Rack (not including M4 flat foot racks or squat racks)
• Not currently available for 255cm models
• Simple bolt-on design attaches directly to pre-drilled holes in the M4 frame
• Adds high and low cable pulley functions
• Plate loaded design suitable for use with bumper plates and other Olympic plates
• 1:1 pulley weight ratio
• Includes a wide lat pull down bar and a straight bar
• Lat pull bar stores out of the way when not in use
• Compatible with a wide range of carabiner attachments
• Allows a range of exercises to be performed including lat pull down, seated rows, triceps push down and bicep curls
• Black 24cm long 2" Olympic weight poles (collars not included)
• Suitable for up to 150kg (75kg per pole)
• Nylon commercial grade pulleys
• Stainless-steel guide rods provide a smooth motion
• Includes chains and carabiners, allowing the user to easily adjust the tautness of the cable
• Anti-slip textured foot plates for comfort when performing low rows
• Angled lower brace bar provides space for flat bench and squats. Please note incline bench press will not be possible from the rear of the rack

• Power rack is not included - this is purely the cable system kit as highlighted in image 1

Assembly and Delivery

• This product is delivered in two boxes
• The courier may not deliver all of the boxes at the same time.
• Please wait at least 48 hours for the other boxes to arrive before contacting us
• At least two people are required for assembly
• Assembly instructions are included
• Assembly requires:
• 2 x 16mm (M10) spanners/sockets and 2 x 24mm (M16) spanners/sockets
• A basic universal wrench is included but we do not recommend using this as it is far easier to use spanners/sockets
• To reduce friction, apply a lubricating oil such as 3in1 oil to the rollers and sliding section. This will help it to slide more freely
