- 75mm x 75mm x 3mm steel frame with 10mm thick connection plates
- Huge range of attachments available here
- Choice of three spotter types: choose between pin/pipe, flip down or strap safeties
- J-cup barbell rests with nylon liners to prevent barbell damage
- Barbell rests also feature nylon inner liners to protect the rack from scratching
- West side hole spacing enables a more precise height for spotters and bar rests with 1 inch spacing through the bench press area and 2 inch throughout - great for users of any stature
- Laser cut numbers on the front and back of each upright make it easy to select the perfect height for attachments
- 17.5mm hole size is compatible with a full range of M4 power rack attachments
- Heavy duty foot plates with bolt down design
- Grade 8.8 M16 bolts throughout
- 32mm diameter pull up bar without knurling
- Powder coated finish in black or orange colour

- The foot plates are pre-drilled with 13mm holes but floor fixings are NOT included and will vary depending on your floor type.

Fabulous rackAmazing rack. Really solid no need to bolt down. Got the mid height 90 depth which fits perfect in the garage. Only got the land mine row attachment and magnetic collars extra we didn't need anything else as already had. Totally recommend

ROCK SOLIDBought this along with the m460 bench as I'm a big guy and I wanted to be certain of my safety when using higher weights around. This thing feels indestructible, well worth the extra cost for safety.

FantasticThis thing is a beast, looks amazing in the orange, looks very high quality and has loads of attachment options. It is nice and heavy, I am 6'7, 220lbs and with the cable attachment on the back I can hang off the pull up bar and it doesn't move an inch without even being bolted to the floor. I spent ages looking for a power rack and am limited in my garage as the ceiling is only 218cm so the shortest M4 is perfect and can fit the cable attachment on the back. Surprisingly easy to put together too and I recommend the spanners, they sped up the process a lot. I went for the 90cm deep one and glad I did for space to work out inside the rack. The footprint isn't that big, I was worried it would take up most of my garage but it fits in perfectly. Delighted!

Simply SuperbI've long been a fan of Mirafit but the M4 is a step up again. Ridiculously solid, easy to construct and the finish quality is outstanding. I really can't fault anything on it - it's strong, well built, robust and has so many attachment options that I don't know why anyone would go with anything else. Couldn't recommend it more highly!
