- 75mm x 75mm x 3mm steel frame with 10mm thick connection plates
- Huge range of attachments available here
- Choice of three spotter types: choose between pin/pipe, flip down or strap safeties
- J-cup barbell rests with nylon liners to prevent barbell damage
- Barbell rests also feature nylon inner liners to protect the rack from scratching
- West side hole spacing enables a more precise height for spotters and bar rests with 1 inch spacing through the bench press area and 2 inch throughout - great for users of any stature
- Laser cut numbers on the front and back of each upright make it easy to select the perfect height for attachments
- 17.5mm hole size is compatible with a full range of M4 power rack attachments
- Heavy duty foot plates with bolt down design
- Grade 8.8 M16 bolts throughout
- 32mm diameter pull up bar without knurling
- Powder coated finish in black or orange colour

- The M4 Power Rack must be bolted down before use
- The foot plates are pre-drilled with 13mm holes but floor fixings are NOT included and will vary depending on your floor type.
- If in doubt please consult a builder in relation to your floor type and the best method of securing

Outstanding equipmentI wanted to update my garage gym, so I ordered the M4 plus some attachments. From ordering to delivery absolutely 1st class service. The rack was packed really well, never seen anything packed like this. The M4 was easy to put together, wow What a rack, heavy duty well made and paint work that stands out. I went for orange. It is an absolute beast! And is definitely built to last. There is so many add ons as well you really can have the ultimate set up depending on your needs. I've added the dip station, a land mine attachment and the utility platform ideal for box squat. I also got some resistance band pegs, I'll also be looking at adding the monolift attachment in the future. Well done mirafit what a perfect piece of kit what an investment

Rock solid premium rack!This is built to last and is in everyway what you'd expect to find in a proper, and well spec'd commercial gym. It's joy to use, and was easy to assemble. I'd definitely recommend bolting down, it will move otherwise.

Love itThis is a great rack,sturdy and built to last. Not too bad to put together,the instructions look daunting but it is mainly just the same nuts and bolts repeated. This will last me many years.

SolidAbsolutely solid piece of equipment and has plenty of great attachments. I am really pleased with this purchase and would recommend it for anyone building a home gym.
