I bought 2 handles (60mm and 70mm) gives your forearms a very good workout. The 70mm handle is a beast and you’ll have to reduce your normal rolling thunder weight or it won’t budge. The handles have knurling which helps with gripping them although the handles in competitions are smooth so take that into consideration. Highly recommended and great products as always from mirafit.

I purchased the 60 mm handle and loading pin . I have been using it for a few weeks now and already see an improvement in my grip strength. Fun to use when challenging your mates. Great build quality plus I will be able to use the loading pin with the other pinch grip attachments.

I bought the 50mm and I’ve been using it for cable exercises. It’s made every one of them extremely tough. Great piece of kit very well made and I’m going to have to buy another one too.

I bought the 70mm grip roller and it is very difficult to lift past a certain weight. I was optimistic about lifting 60kg with it, but found it impossible. After decreasing the weight I found it really worked the forearms thoroughly. I'm glad I purchased it and that my grip has improved!
