- Plate carrier design in black or military style khaki colour
- Available with a choice of slide in steel weight plates
- Weights are supplied in pairs, allowing a maximum weight of up to 10kg in total
- Vest alone weighs approx 1.4kg without plates
- 2 x 2.3kg plates - total weight with vest approx. 6kg
- 2 x 3.3kg plates - total weight with vest approx. 8kg
- 2 x 4.3kg plates - total weight with vest approx. 10kg
- Plates slot into the front and back of the vest to provide equal weight distribution

- Padded shoulder straps for extra comfort during use
- Large front pocket on upper chest with self fastening closure
- Plate carrier vests are ideal for endurance training, rucking and conditioning exercises.
- Flat plate design spreads weight across the chest making these vests more comfortable for jogging and running than standard weighted vests
- Added weight forces your muscles to work harder during your session
- Includes four removable Mirafit badge patches
- Vest is designed for a maximum total weight of 10kg. It is not suitable for loading additional plates beyond that.

I would Highly Recommend thisBought for my son whom is crossfit daft ! Loves it a bit awkward to get size correct but the videos Mirafit put out are very good !

QualityAll of my reviews for Mirafit products follow a similar theme... quality. With the MF Tactical Weight Vest, this theme continues. Exactly as described on the web listing, I was very happy with my purchase. The kit is hard wearing and should last years of (fitness) abuse. While it is advised that the vest (with 10kg) plates is not used as body armour, should the inevitable zombie apocalypse break out any time soon, this kit will certainly come in handy. Just a shame they don't make a kids version!

Weighted vest 10kgDelivered when it said it would . Quality perfect . Had different types and were always bursting at the straps . exercising with in2 the wild fitness in glasgow made easy to up my resistance . Just adds that little extra to press ups squats and pull ups etc . Well worth the money , highly recommend spending a little more for superior quality . Thanks guys
