Really good, snug, practical. Easy to use. It does what it says. Word of warning - start light. Don't max out, you will strain something and then not be able to use it for a minute ... just go slow. All in all great way to make walking the dog a proper job.

I love this vest. I use it for circuits and also to for some bag work. I haven’t run properly in it yet. It’s easy to use and high quality. Worth the money and looks the business

After using a sand filled style cheaper version vest for several years, decided to upgrade to this adjustable weighted vest. 20kg is great for my requirements for weighted vest runs. The weights are very easy to adjust, and it's a more secure fit than my last vest, which bounced around when running, if I didn't wear a backpack to secure it.

I had been using a small backpack which I had been putting weight plates into and by the time I got to 20kg it was getting uncomfortable. The Mirafit 20kg vest is great. Incredibly tough materials so it feels very strong and rugged. I wear it each morning, walking the dog, and it's a lot more comfortable than the backpack was. Stop for a few calf raises and lunges along the way and it feels like you're getting a free mini workout. Would highly recommend this product to anybody.

I deliberated for a while but went for the 30kg version in the end. I'm currently adding 16kg to walks to and from sessions, and pleased I'm not about to hit a limit at 20kg. It's also really interesting to feel the difference between a 5km normal walk and one with weights. The quality is great, the weights are easy to distribute, and I've not struggled with putting the vest on and off and tightening the straps. Nice kit and I like the monochrome branding.

Yeah decently made vest except the fact that you cannot tighten the thing up yourself so if you’re lone training don’t even bother adding weight as to tighten it up might cause you to dislocate your shoulder, it’s useless
