- Please note: this cable system is only compatible with the 228cm and 208cm M3 racks. It is not suitable for the 188cm rack

The high/ low cable system for the M3 rack is great if you have limited height restrictions as it sits within the top of the rack and the lower section is on quick release pins so it can be moved out of the way to allow access for a bench or for use of squats etc, its maximum weight capacity is 100kg.
It’s a great addition to my rack and is used regularly, the usual top quality build and finish as you would expect from Mirafit. I would definitely recommend the M3 Rack and the High/ Low Cable System to anyone who is starting out on their fitness journey.
