Delivery & Assembly
To reduce friction apply a lubricating oil such 3in1 oil to the rollers and sliding section. This will help it to slide more freely.

Small Footprint
A great choice for smaller home gyms, this cable pulley machine has an overall depth of just 73cm. Attaching it to a power rack saves space compared to having separate racks and cable machines.
1" or 2" Weight Plates
This cable pulley machine is suitable for either 1” standard plates or 2” Olympic plates. Olympic adaptors are included.

Waited a couple of weeks to give an honest review and must say this could become the best purchase I’ve made for my small home gym (single UK garage)!
Tight on space but wanting to do some cable work, this fitted the bill perfectly due to the smaller floor space vs functional trainers and other cable machines.
Initially I did feel some drag as others have mentioned and a popular spray oil in a blue can didn’t really make much of a difference. However, upon buying a different drop oil (3 in 1 multi purpose) it is unbelievably smoother! No real resistance now and just needs a small drop on the sliders and pulleys before working it all in with no weight on the stack.
Overall would highly recommend for home gym users tight on space and very good price. Set up of pulleys/cables a little bit fiddly but probably took 1.5 hours in total on my own. Video on the website far better than instruction booklet.

Great piece of equipment at a good price. Its easy to put together as long as you follow the instructions and watch the video on the Mira website. Overall a great piece of kit with a small footprint thats taken my workouts to the next level. Would recommend

I am very impressed with this, I don't see the issue with the drag because of the poles and pulleys and cables, just put lighter weight on if it's an issue.
Many exercises can be performed on this, and it does a great job for constant tension! Very impressed. Thank you AGAIN Mirafit

Great bit of kit. Assembly does take a bit of time, worth watching the assembly video. Once completed and mounted to the wall, it’s a great system. I find the resistance some have complained about minimal and not a problem. Really solid, strong design and sturdy system. Really pleased I bought this, worth buying the extra attachments

Like a few others have commented, I too find there is a lot of drag up the poles, even after applying oil and then grease. A bit disappointed.

This is the 2nd 1 of these I have bought from mirafit. Great peice of equipment as usual. I now have 1 either side of my gym so there’s so many more things I can now do with both cables, looking at also getting 1 of the dip stations very soon. Hopefully you will throw a free t shirt in the box for me

Feels really solid, easy to build. Cabling doesn't have the greatest instruction help, but is reasonably easy to figure out from the pictures. Over all a good, value for money purchase
