I bought this lat pull down bar to use with the home gym cable pulley system and I am delighted with both. The pull down bar is great quality, with zero friction when pulling (far smoother than pull down bars I used to use in the gym). I have been using it for about a month or so now and could not be happier. Highly recommend.

This is a great handle. We are loving using it. Lovely quality and absolutely no need for bearings for home use, it works brilliantly with our also excellent Mirafit pulley system. If you are looking for one of these type of handles buy this one.

Dont buy this. This is of very cheap quality. The middle part has no ball bearings or grease so actually creates a great deal of friction when pulling.
The customer service response was really bad. They didn't care and insisted they didn't mention ball bearings in the description. This is like selling a car without wheels and then saying we didn't actually say the car came with wheels.
Won't be buying anything more from them.

The product is good value for the price and we hope future purchasers will leave reviews. The product does not have ball bearings and is not advertised as having ball bearings. A lat bar with ball bearings would be significantly more expensive. You demanded we either send you a better bar or a refund. We explained we could not send an uprated bar but could refund you once the item was returned. You subsequently left this review. We are more than happy for you to return the item for refund, however, we cannot send you another item or issue a refund without the original item being returned.
