I wanted to do seal rows but can’t justify the space or cost of a dedicated seal row bench and didn’t want to be faffing about lifting my existing bench on to stacked weight plates etc.. This does the job perfectly for me, I position my bench in line with it so that I am basically horizontal with my toes on the bench. Nice and solid, small enough for me to leave attached to my M3 rack.
