The quality is simply amazing. There could be more height adjustments, but that's not a big deal for me. My gym looks more professional thanks to this addition.

Be careful with mounting these 3 of us have caught our fingers causing injury. Also there is no adjustment wheel like on similar products.

Each arm comes with 2 pins. Please ensure the second pin is installed when installing/removing the arms as this will stop the arm moving around. Thanks

Having wanting these for a while I have. They are very heavy and are great for some exercises. The only issue is that they are heavy to move so be careful when doing so. If they had more adjustment angles they would be even better as one angle isn’t enough. At present I can’t find an adapter that would work with these to do such a thing so would hope Mirafit could make one as a lot of other companies have.

Not a bad bit of kit brought them for my dad who has movement issues but I use them too there is a lot you can do so highly recommend

I was waiting for these for over a year as I needed another chest excercise. Upon receiving them I just find them really awkward (using as they are advertised). The incline chest exercise just doesn't give enough resistance or have a proper movement to hit the chest. However…. I found by placing the hinges alot lower down so the handles sit near the bottom I can lay underneath and hit chest and laying different directions hits the muscle differently. Also having them in this position shrugs, back pulls and shoulder press is possible without ever moving the arms. Which is good because they are heavy and awkward, probably why they are so solid. Overall very well built but questionable in practice. Also I might add… whoever has the lat pull down bolted to the side you need to leave the arm levered in incline position so it doesn't interfere.

Very good solid bit of kit, which is to be expected from Mirafit. My only downside is, I wish you could adjust the height a bit better. There are only two settings, one is right up against the rack and the other is slight incline. No real setting for seated Shoulder press. I have seen people using spotter arms to do this, but it's another £90 for those. Great equipment though
