- 32mm diameter handles with knurling for a secure grip
- Bolt on sleeves with durable hard chrome finish
- Black powder coated body
- Sleeves are fixed (non rotating) for increased stability while pressing
- Central bolt on eyelet allows bar to be connected to a carabiner for cable exerises such as pulldowns and rows (carabiner not included)
- Assembly requires a 17mm spanner and 8mm allen key (not included)
