Outstanding bar at a great price. The bar is very well made, weighs 20k and is extremely comfortable for both bench and overhead press.

Hadn't been able to bench for a few years with a barbell due to a shoulder injury, however this bar allows me to pain free. Nice knurled handles with a slight pronation. My fav specialist bar I have now.
