This is one hell of a strong beast! It will handle whatever you throw at it, gives lots of peace of mind when stepping onto this while carrying lots of weights

As in the description, used in conjunction with the flip down spotters arms this is a great bit of kit. I specifically got this to allow me to do seal rows.....and can confirm it works perfectly for it. Although the rubber top layer is firm it is perfectly comfortable to use for this application. Do be aware however its far from light as it's built like a tank....just like the rest of the m4 rack/accessories. Superb
