Decent well made quality item. Also, great that in this case they tell you how much weight it can take up to in the product description - I wish they would do this with all of their products.

I use this mostly for weighted dips at the moment (though aspire to weighted pull ups / chins in future). So much easier than any other method I've tried for adding weight. Comfy too.

This time last year i couldn’t manage single pull up, at 130kg bodyweight. I fitted a Mirafit pull up bar in my garage and now I can bang out sets of ten (now 110kg) till my back collapses.
This belt holds big plates and small plates with ease.
This belt is a game changer. I struggle again, not brave enough to try weighted dips yet though.

Good long chain ,
Ideally for wrapping around dumbells or through centre hoke on plates,
I mainly use this for calve raisers on block after loosing my balance with a Olympic bar .
