- These weight bars are designed for standard weight plates which have a 1" hole in the centre
- All bars have knurling for a secure grip and are supplied with spinlock collars for simple weight changes

- Tri grip weight plate design makes it easy to handle the plates
- 6ft international barbell is compatible with all Mirafit power racks and squat racks
