Not bad. Got this for my home gym… easy to build, feels sturdy, but, and a small but… the cradle for the bar could be a bit lower. The arm rest needs to be a bit wider and the bracket that the armrest is attached to, is a bit uncomfortable. But still useable.

Good price and build quality.
Have to position the arm rest quite high up to get full range of motion and avoid hitting the bar rest.
If you're tall/have a long arm span then you may struggle.
I have it set to the highest slot available and I'm only 5ft 8.

Bought this bench as an addition to my growing home gym space. It is a solid piece of kit and was easy to assemble. It looks the part but...and this is a big but.
When seated, it is not possible to fully extend the arm when doing batrbel preacher curls because the cradles that hold the bar are too high, ie the bar touches the cradles before the arm is fully extended. This is the case even if you raise the height of the arm rest. I have managed to find a workaround by kneeling on the seat rather than sitting on it. It's also possible to place my elbows right at the top of the rest, but this feels like an unnatural position.
I don't have particularly long arms - in fact my 17-y-o lad has the same issues when using the bench.
Mira Fit did say I could send the item back, but it was built, and dismantling it and repackaging it felt like too much of a pain.
I think the solution here is to have cradles that are height adjustable.
