Great back workoutThis landmine has really made the difference with back workouts in my home gym. The post in particular is strong and sturdy, while the handle is just the right size and shape. Only negatives are the handle looks to be a powder-coat paint finish, so I don't know how durable it will be, and when the post arrived it was missing a locking nut, but MiraFit were really quick in sending out a replacement part
