Does the job, I would prefer a smaller size for me as I used tri grip plates with less diameter than the standard bumper plates, but still ok.

It's a shame I had to go abroad to buy these but the ones I had broke when I went over 100kg .. Went up to 110kg with these and they held up.. I don't know how much exactly these might be able to handle but so far they are looking strong

I bought this landmine handle along with the Mirafit landmine row platform and multi purpose landmine attachment, its a solid piece of kit and together with the other 2 pieces has made home gym so much better, the hand positioning is perfect and the range of motion you get with this bar is fantastic
