Good, quiet build quality. Only caveat is that you can wear away the inner ring of your plates with it with turning exercises. This is no real issue though.

Great piece of kit, easily stored away when not in use, sturdy build quality. I stick the pin into a 20 and a 25 which keeps it nice and steady. I initially bought it with shoulder press in mind but I'm using it for all sorts now!

I have to admit I wasn't really aware of this piece of equipment but sometimes the algorithms throw out things that pique your interest. This is well made and I rest it inside the holes of 2 x 20kg plates. I use an Olympic barbell, and mostly that on its own is enough for me as an older female, but on some exercises I add small incremental weights. The variety of exercise that can be done with this astounding . There's lots of good demonstrations on YT. For me at the moment I concentrate on what I can do, not what I can't do. Hopefully with long term use I may find i can do other exercises.
