The Top 10 Most Googled Celebrity Workouts

| Rank | Celebrity Workout Search Term | Number of Average Monthly Global Searches |
| 1 | Chris Hemsworth workout | 3,700 |
| 1 | David Goggins workout | 3,700 |
| 3 | Henry Cavill workout | 2,900 |
| 4 | Michael B Jordan workout | 2,400 |
| 5 | Arnold Schwarzenegger workout | 2,000 |
| 6 | Jennifer Aniston workout | 1,800 |
| 6 | Jason Statham workout | 1,800 |
| 8 | Tom Holland workout | 1,300 |
| 9 | Mark Wahlberg workout | 1,200 |
| 9 | The Rock workout | 1,200 |
When it comes to celebrity fitness inspiration, the data reveals some fascinating trends about what captures people's attention. Topping the charts with 3,700 monthly searches each are two very different approaches to physical excellence: Chris Hemsworth's superhero-sized muscle-building and David Goggins' extreme endurance mentality. This split at the top reflects how fitness goals vary widely; some are chasing size and strength, while others are drawn to mental toughness and cardiovascular endurance.
The superhero effect is undeniable throughout the rankings. Henry Cavill (2,900 searches), Michael B. Jordan (2,400 searches), and Tom Holland (1,300 searches) all owe much of their search popularity to iconic on-screen transformations. It's clear that when audiences see these glow-ups on screen, they want to know exactly how it's done.
The presence of Jennifer Aniston (1,800 searches) among action stars and bodybuilders shows that sustainable, long-term fitness approaches resonate just as strongly as extreme transformations. At 56, her focus on Pilates and low-impact training through Pvolve demonstrates that people are searching for methods that prioritise longevity and joint health.
The classic influences haven't faded either. Arnold Schwarzenegger still commands 2,000 monthly searches decades after his competitive bodybuilding career, proving that foundational principles never go out of style. Meanwhile, action stars like Jason Statham (1,800 searches) and fitness devotees, including Mark Wahlberg and The Rock (both at 1,200 searches), show that consistency and discipline remain major draws for people seeking workout inspiration.
The Most Searched Male Celebrity Workouts

| Rank | Male Celebrity Workout Search Term | Number of Average Monthly Global Searches |
| 1 | Chris Hemsworth workout | 3,700 |
| 1 | David Goggins workout | 3,700 |
| 3 | Henry Cavill workout | 2,900 |
| 4 | Michael B Jordan workout | 2,400 |
| 5 | Arnold Schwarzenegger workout | 2,000 |
Looking specifically at male celebrity workouts, the top five searches reveal a pattern: extreme dedication backed by visible results. Chris Hemsworth and David Goggins lead not just because of their results, but because their entire identities are built around their physical pursuits, one as Hollywood's go-to superhero, the other as an embodiment of extreme mental and physical resilience, prioritising a combination of strength training and cardio.
The middle of the pack tells an interesting story about specificity. Cavill's 2,900 searches and Jordan's 2,400 aren't just about getting fit; they're about achieving a particular look for a particular purpose. When people search for these workouts, they're not just looking for exercise routines; they're looking for blueprints to transform into something specific.
Arnold Schwarzenegger’s fifth-place finish (with 2,000 searches) stands apart from the rest. While the others benefit from recent roles and active careers, his search volume comes purely from the legacy of his methods. Decades after his last competition, people still turn to his training philosophy as the gold standard for building muscle, showing that some approaches transcend trends and simply become part of fitness history.
The Most Searched Female Celebrity Workouts

| Rank | Female Celebrity Workout Search Term | Number of Average Monthly Global Searches |
| 1 | Jennifer Aniston workout | 1,800 |
| 2 | Taylor Swift workout | 1,100 |
| 3 | Dua Lipa workout | 900 |
| 4 | Khloe Kardashian workout | 600 |
| 5 | Scarlett Johansson workout | 500 |
When it comes to female celebrity workouts, the search data highlights different priorities. Jennifer Aniston leads with 1,800 searches, followed by Taylor Swift at 1,100, neither of whom is known for dramatic physical transformations or action roles. Instead, their appeal lies in consistency and stamina.
While male celebrity searches centre on actors transforming for specific roles, the female list is dominated by performers known for their overall lifestyle and consistency. Dua Lipa (900 searches) attracts interest for her stage stamina and toned physique, maintained through touring. Khloe Kardashian (600 searches) has documented her fitness journey publicly over the years, making her routine feel accessible and relatable. Scarlett Johansson (500 searches) rounds out the top five as one of the few action stars in the female rankings, yet her search volume sits well below her male Marvel counterparts.
The gap in search volumes is telling. Jennifer Aniston's leading 1,800 searches would only place her sixth overall, while the rest of the female top five wouldn't crack the top ten. This likely reflects how male celebrities tend to share detailed training protocols and transformation specifics, while female celebrity fitness coverage often stays broader and less technical, making the routines harder to search for and replicate.
Methodology
The Most Googled Celebrity Workouts ranking assesses global monthly search data to uncover the routines that capture the most public interest.
To determine the most Googled celebrity workouts, Ahrefs was used to analyse search data. Monthly global search volumes were gathered for the keyword structure “(celebrity name) workout” for a selection of high-profile public figures.
The data reflect average monthly worldwide searches and were collected in February 2026. Celebrities were then ranked based on total global monthly search volume for each term and split by gender for further analysis.
