The bench is pretty good. It is not of the same grade as commercial gym benches, feels slightly lower and narrower than those. If you are a built like a tank this is not for you. For the rest of us however, this does the job well. Note that whilst technically you can put it into a steep decline position, there is no holder for the brace so it clearly is not intended for this purpose.
Assembling the bench was no trouble at all.
The Mirafit weights that come with the bench are superb. They feel great and make working out a pleasure. I intend to purchase more of these.

The bench is good but I had the following issues when assembling:
1. The base leg where you have to put 3 bolts in place (2 in the sides and 1 in the back) didn't work. The 2 side bolts aren't long enough so the thread strips when you try to tighten them both. I had to move the base over to 1 side, just fit one bolt and then fit the rear bolt. It needs around 10mm longer bolts in this area. I'm currently trying to find some
2. There were no washers for the padded base of the bench although the instructions say these are provided
Other than that, the bench is good and the weights are excellent

Delivery was prompt, the bench was simple to put together, I was happy and relieved that every single piece was packed, with descriptive references, corresponding to the guide leaflet, on the relevant packaging. I am very happy with the quality, appearance and comfort of the bench. Weights set also fine. I nearly did not order from Mirafit as they do not include a telephone number anywhere on their site, should I have had any queries which I would have wished to discuss in that manner. However, I am delighted that I did use Mirafit, so will forgive them for this slight oversight!

Really happy with the bench and dumbbells. The bench was easy to assemble,seems sturdy enough and folds away nicely. The dumbbells are good quality and good weights for the family.
