These are top quality, all perfect finishes, unlike the 2" steel plates where the quality varies (although still very good). I am using these 1" fractionals with the Mirafit adjustable dumbbells that they are not designed for, but they do fit on the screw bolt and squash together in between the default plates, allowing you to get much finer increments.

These are absolutely perfect for progressive overload keeps you going forward even in small increments will be getting another set so I can use with my barbell as well

I hesitated for some weeks, unsure whether I'd benefit from buying these - but I'm so glad I did! I am a senior training man using the Progressive Overload technique, so these chrome plates make it easier to progress with my training plan in order to achieve my goals,. Very well made. Nice little carry case for storage. Can add small weight increases to upper body lifts easily
