Solid built bar. The weight is 5kg (prob should be in the ad. I like to know the weights of my bars) got this for my son and he loves it. Ive 4 Mirafit bars and they are all outstanding. Too company. Quality products

Great bar, just what I needed for a couple of different exercises. Good knurling and a variety of hand positions that are more comfortable than a straight bar.
