I use the angled handles for lying overhead extensions on a bench, like a skullcrusher but with your arms stretched back and the bar behind your head. 2 sets to failure gives me 72 hour DOMS every time. No other tricep excercise comes close to that efficiency

Mirafit equipment is so well made and a delight to train with - and so it should come as no surprise that this tricep bar feels great to handle. It only arrived today, but I'm looking forward to many happy hours of training as this bar opens up the possibility of many different exercises. The bar is nice and heavy, and a joy to train with :)

The slanted bars take away all forearm pain while doing bicep curls, Allowed me to double the weight instantly over an EZ bar. Hammer curls on the straight bar, close grip bench and bent rows. And of course stability with overhead extensions and skullcrushers. An absolute game changer in output

This multi grip bar is versatile and very good addition to my home workout routine. Excellent for triceps skull crushers and extentions. Also great for close grip bicep and hammer curls
