- Includes two weight stacks, now with 100kg on each stack
- Move the pin to select the amount of weight you want to lift
- Includes the following attachments:
- 2 x strap handles with grips
- 2 x stirrup handles
- Seated low row handle
- Triceps rope
- Short bar with knurling
- Long bar with knurling
- Ankle strap
- Weight stacks have 20 levels of adjustment on each side at increments of 5kg
- Pulley weight ratio is 2:1
- Magnetised aluminium adjustment pins make it easy to change the weight between exercises
- Side pulleys have 20 height positions at 80mm spacing
- Laser cut numbers make it easy to see which height is selected on each side
- Six storage hooks keep the attachments close at hand
- Multi-grip pull-up bar allows for wide, narrow and neutral grip pull ups
- Dipped rubber handles on pull-up bar
- Heavy duty PVC feet protect flooring from damage
- Aluminium pulleys provide a smooth workout experience
- Black powder coated finish

Assembly instructions are included
- Assembly requires:
- 2 x 16mm and 1 x 18mm spanners/sockets
- 3mm and 4mm allen keys (included)
- A basic universal wrench is included but we do not recommend using this as it is far easier to use spanners/sockets.
- To reduce friction, apply a lubricating oil such as 3in1 oil to the rollers and sliding section. This will help it to slide more freely
- Assembly requires the weight indicator stickers to be stuck onto the weight stack. We recommend using masking tape in order to mark out a straight line

Incredible quality piece of equipmentI saw this cable machine in a very expensive hotel spa fitness gym. I was really impressed by the quality, so I took a note of the mirafit brand and I ordered it from their website. The cable machine was delivered 3 working days later to my home gym. The support team contacted me prior to delivery to ask me about the best time to deliver. The cable machine came in a wooden box, so well protected. I was delighted as there was nothing missing and the assembly was so easy as we watched the mirafit cable assembly on youtube. However, you do need two people for assembly as some pieces are quite solid. My wife helped me and it did not take us more than two hours to assemble. We could have done it quicker but I am a bit of a perfectionist. The quality of the machine is incredible. Its all solid metal and even the weight plate protectors with the mirafit logo are steel too. The screws bolts and nuts fit perfectly into the holes. They must be high precision manufactured. The weight plates are so heavy, quite honestly there is no way you will ever be able to lift even half of the maximum weight on each arm. My 25 year son who is a Dr and also fit fanatic was also totally impressed by the quality of the cable machine. The weights lift so smoothly, there is no noise at all - sometimes we use it very late at night or early in the morning before going to work and it is fantastic that you can adjust the height of the cables magnetically by pulling the knob with just two fingers. It makes cable fly exercises so quick... If you have the money to spend this is the machine to buy. I totally recommend it
