- Quickly adjusts between leg press and hack squat exercises in seconds
- Backrest pad used during leg press hinges backwards out of the way to allow for better access to the foot plate during hack squats
- Adjustable lower backrest/foot plate angle with four positions
- Spring loaded adjustment pins for ease of use
- Three start positions to allow for different user heights
- Safety base stopper keeps the weight at a safe distance
- Please note the expected range of motion will decrease according to user height & leg length. Shorter users will experience a more limited range of motion. Please consider this before purchase.

Delivery & Assembly
- At least three people will be required for assembly
- Delivery of this product is kerbside only
- This product will be delivered in a crate. Please note that you will be required to safely dispose of the crate
- Assembly instructions are included. Three people will be required, and we recommend watching our assembly video before attempting assembly
- Assembly requires:
- 2 x 16mm spanners/sockets
- 6mm allen key (included)
- A basic universal wrench is included but we do not recommend using this as it is far easier to use spanners/sockets

Great Value Great KitI love this! I am 5ft 1inch and was worried it would not be suitable but I just had to have it! As long as I use it with my thick sole trainers I get a decent range. Just make sure you have the room before you order as this is a large piece of equipment. Secure speedy delivery. Great communication. Highly recommended.
