- The M200 is the full size 220cm rack.
- The M200S is same rack but in a shorter 183cm height, ideal for lower ceiling heights.

- UHMW lined J-Cups and spotters protect against barbell damage
- Fully adjustable with 16 levels on the M200 and 14 levels on the M200S

- The foot plates are pre-drilled with 11mm diameter holes but floor fixings are NOT included and will vary depending on your floor type. For masonry floors we recommend our Floor Fixing Kit (sold separately)
- The M3 barbell is test certified to 680kg (1500lbs). it features a knurled grip, rotating sleeves and is supplied here with a set of our quick release collars for ease weight changes.
- Choose either 60kg, 100kg or 150kg of our crumb rubber bumpers.
- These black plates are extremely durable and have excellent impact absorption.
- 60kg set includes 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg and 2 x 15kg plates
- 100kg set also includes 2 x 20kg plates

How usable is the M200S given the shorter height?
- This depends on the height of the user and the way the rack is setup
- The height to the underside of the rear cross bar is 171cm and the height to the underside of the pull up bar is 173cm
- For taller users this can cause issues with pullups and upright exercises such as squats. In particular with squats there is the consideration of how to rack the bar without hitting your head. Consider these options:
- Option 1 - You can increase clearance under the pull up bar to approximately 180cm by buying the optional multi-grip pull up bar available here (this does not change the overall height of the rack)
- Option 2 - The pull up bar can be fitted slightly further back in the cage to create some more room at the front. Combine option 1 and 2 for an even greater impact
- Option 3 - The pull up bar can be left out entirely. With this setup we recommend a max load of 280kg

- Please note: tools required for assembly are not included but are available here
- During assembly pay special attention to the rear base bar which has two sets of holes. Ensure you follow the assembly diagrams to use the correct set of holes otherwise this will cause alignment issues. The spare holes are in place to accommodate optional weight storage poles.

Unbelievably good qualityDespite being the least expensive option around, this has felt incredibly sturdy. Didn't feel the need to bolt it and it takes around 100kg or more to make it shake. Bumper plates are well made and so it the good-looking barbell and collars that accompany the bundle. The spotters are definitely a plus for being able to fail while training alone. Easy to put together with a couple wrenches and the instructional videos are helpful. Wish the spacing for the j cups was slightly shorter but not a biggie if one wants to save in buying the M200 and not the M300 and above. Definitely do not regret this purchase and would recommend to anyone serious about training. Finally, customer service is unrivalled.

Worth every pennyBought this alongside the M250 Bench as the main pieces of my home gym. Delivery was great, the kit itself was easy enough to put together (get the spanners, high quality and worth the extra few quid). Love the kit itself. Very sturdy, love the orange finish.

Better than expected but not for tall peopleI ordered the M200S due the height restriction in my garage. Have to say I’m staggered at the great quality of the kit. When the kit arrived I was amazed at how well everything was packaged. Went together really easy and instructions spot on. With this being the short version I expected it to be low. However the front cross bar/pull up bar is lower than I thought. I’m 5ft 8in and if I don’t duck I clip the top of my head. The J hooks on the highest hole are still a little low for me when unloading the bar from the rack when squatting. Ideally overall it could do to be another 6inch taller. I also bought a 6ft wide Olympic bar due to width restriction. Understanding it would be shorter I’m pleased it still works for squatting when loaded with plates, however there is little side ways manoeuvrability when setting to squat and the plates can bump the rack. That said after a bit of practice I’m getting used to it. Overall I’m really pleased with the total set up. Great quality. Would certainly recommend.

Very niceOrdered the M200S as my garage ceiling was too low for the M200. First time owning a power rack and this thing is really solid, goes together really nicely and looks amazing in orange. The plates that come with this set are lovely and feel better than any I've used in any commercial gym. The barbell although I would have preferred silver is a solid piece of kit. My only minor complaint is that the J hooks move ever so slightly as you re-rack the bar on occasion. Overall this kit is a delight to use and I love it.
