As a 95kg lifter, my non-negotiable requirement is absolute stability. The Mirafit M350 delivers perfectly. There is zero lateral wobble during heavy barbell presses, and the incline lock is failsafe for heavy dumbbell work. A rock-solid, commercial-grade foundation for safe mechanical overload. Highly recommended.

Arrived promptly. Straight forward to assemble following the video in conjunction with the printed instructions. One or two additional tools required beyond what they suggest, but you'll most likely have them left over from your last Ikea build if you don't have a toolkit. I had one faulty bolt, these things happen, but Mirafit responded quickly and sent out a replacement without fuss. Thank you.

My use of the M350 adjustable weight bench leads me to suggest that the front plate needs to be wider to add greater stability and safety.

With the decline setting and leg hold this bench is excellent for extending workout options in my home gym. Really nice put together, wide and easy to use and move. Minor comment is the seat adjustment pin is spring loaded but it's not obvious after assembling the bench, and at first use I thought i have to screw it to adjust each time. Luckily I figured it out later and the bench is on par with ones I've used in commerical gyms.

Arrived quickly in two parcels. Fairly heavy but that's why I'm building my own home gym! The product was well packaged and the instructions were clear. It took two of us to build - just makes life easier if you can have two of you. Took less than an hour. The bench is solid, well made and great it offers decline as well as flat and different incline positions. The wheels make it easy to manoeuvre. So far am really enjoying it and am happy with my purchase

Recently upgraded my bench from an old body max bench. This is a huge upgrade both in capacity and quality. I particularly love how fast it is to adjust to do incline and decline. The back rest is comfy, wide and tall enough for me at 6ft 2. Its reassuringly heavy to move but the handle and wheels are great and make it easy. Highly recommended
