The bench is very solid and it feels sturdy when doing on bench exercises and exercises off the side (dips or SLRDLs).
My only frustration is the rubber foot pads. They don’t stay attached as I love the bench around. So I’m forever popping a foot back on. May need to glue them on.

I provide 1:1 strength coaching and have basically kitted out my gym with matching Mirafit racks and benches. The quality and price are good enough and the customer service is excellent.
This is the second M2 bench I have bought for my garage gym. It seems to work well for clients ranging from 5'6" to 6'6" in height (I also have an M1 bench for the shorter people and can just about get away with using it myself at 5'6").

I am beginning to upgrade my gym and thought this would be a good start. I think I should have picked the M1 flat bench as this one is overkill. The weight of the package was significant and once I opened it I realised that this is a serious bit of kit, more sturdy than I would ever need. The metal used is thicker than my 2 tonne axle stands ! Really impressed and looking forward to more purchases from Mirafit. Tip for putting the foot caps on - place in hot water for a minute or two to soften slightly.

Another rock solid piece of equipment form Mirafit.
This is the third bit of kit Ive bought and it doesnt dissapoint.
Very simple to put together, took me about 15 minutes.
Ive uised this for Bench Pressing, supported one arm Rows even deficit push ups, and the thing just doesnt move. amazinfg quality and price, great Job Mirafit, I am quickly becoming a fan,
Side note: this bench pairs really well with the M130 Squat and Bench Press rack.

This bench was brought because of the versatility of and it can be used within a circuit workout on many different exercises. Everyone at the club have comment on the strength of the bench and how they feel safe when using it.

Such a great bench, I use it every time I workout. Very sturdy with solid construction and nice firm padding. This bench looks amazing and matches other MIRAFIT equipment that I have bought, from their black & orange range, for my home gym setup. This bench can definitely hold lots of weight, the thick metal box section design is solid, nice and sturdy, easy to move around, I like the simplicity of the bench, the orange and black combo looks really nice too, easy to assemble, this is a safe purchase, structurally I think it will last a life time, I would recommend.
