Solid piece of kit. Bought it to avoid banging my head during squatting as I have the M200 short rack for space. Ive affixed it to the back of the rack and its made the whole frame stronger. I love using it, mostly just to hang from and feel a good stretch of my back and lats. Another excellent addition to my kit

Purchased this for my M200S power Cage as I kept hitting my head on the original pull up bar being a shade over 6ft tall whenever I got into position for squats. I am aware that this may be an issue for taller users but as I am limited on space the M200S had to do. This Multi Grip Pull Up Bar sorted the issue out instantly. It gives a few inches more of room so head clearance for squats etc is no longer an issue. In my view, it looks the part as well and makes the overall appearance of the Power Cage more prominent. When I use my Power Cage now it feels even sturdier than before. Sensibly priced and with speedy delivery as well this Multi Grip Chin Up Bar would make a good addition to anyones M200 series Power Cage. Thanks Mirafit for helping this home gym hero out again.

If you have a low ceiling - meaning you need an M200s short rack, the regular chin up bar is going to hit you in the head when squatting, unless you are shorter than about 5'6". Having this attachment keeps the rack height short, and as well as giving different chinning options, it saves you skull. I bought jammer arms and use the original bar between them to do everything from deadlifts to calf raises, so, getting the multi grip bar didn't mean that the straight bar was redundant. However, it would make sense if Mirafit sold the M200s with the option of the straight bar or the multi grip bar - hence the 4 rather than 5 star review, as I had to buy it separately.

This is a necessity for your M200. The straight bar that comes with the power rack is good, but I have bad shoulders that really need the ability for a neutral grip sometimes. Also just having the option for all the different grips lets you feel out the muscles a lot better when doing pull up varieties. Due to the shape this attachment also adds a little extra height for hanging so that I, a 5'10 guy, can totally clear the floor during a hang, while not actually adding any height to the setup.
I have no complaints for this piece of kit. The only things I'd say for you other buyers is make sure you check that the spacing of the grips is what youre personally after. Similar to if youre buying a swiss bar or a trap bar, cause its made of metal there's no changing the grip widths, so be sure youre happy. Although if you already have the rack then I guess its a little late to be changing your mind. Either way its worth the money just for the variation.
Delivery was fantastic as always, took 1 working day to arrive. When setting it up you will need the same wrenches/spanners/pliers as when setting up the power rack. I just added it to the rack without laying it down, which is easier if you have someone to help. Only took a few minutes.
*side note* I attached my old straight pull up bar to the other side of the power rack, under the top supporting beam and use it for TRX suspension and gymnastics ring training, just makes it feel like it isnt being wasted.
