THE EQUIPMENT

To perform these exercises you’ll need the following equipment:

• A Barbell & Weight Plates

Resistance Bands (for exercise #1)

Dumbbells and a Weight Bench (for exercise #2)

Farmer's Walk Handles with Weight Plates (for exercise #4). Alternatively this can also be performed with a pair of Dumbbells.
