Straight Pull Up Bar

Our standard-sized Straight Pull Up Bar has a 1.25-inch diameter and can be installed between the two uprights in the rack. It is the go-to attachment to enable pull ups, chin ups, and other upper-body exercises.

Fat Grip Pull Up Bar

Our Fat Grip Pull Up Bar is 2 inches thick and can be used in place of our regular-sized bar. This fat bar tests your grip strength and makes exercises like pull ups just that little bit more challenging.  

Multi Ball Pull Up Bar

This Multi Ball Pull Up Bar variation offers a range of grips at different angles that lets you target a wider range of muscle groups during pull ups. The bar includes two sizes of balls for the ultimate grip strength challenge.

Pin Pipe Safety Spotters

These Pin Pipe Spotters come in a range of sizes to match the size of your rack. They are very easy to use and adjust. Spotter pins are an essential attachment for anyone that plans to attempt heavy lifts in their rack.

Flip Down Safety Spotters

The Flip Down Spotters are the upgraded version of regular pipe pin spotters. They come with nylon padding to protect not just you but also your bar from any accidental damage. The flip-down spotters are a little heavier than pipe pins but just as easy to use and adjust.

Strap Safety Spotters

These Strap Safety Spotters perform the same safety function as the other spotter variations available but have as additional benefit that they reduce noise significantly of barbell contact whilst losing nothing in strength. Strap spotters are therefore a great option if you need to keep the noise levels of your workout to a minimum.  

Safety Spotters

These heavy duty Safety Spotters have an angled section which directs the bar away from the users in the event of a failed lift. Nylon liners help prevent the barbell from scuffs and scratches.

Standard J-Cups

The Standard J-Cups let you load your barbell onto the rack safely and securely. They are essential to set up properly for squats and presses. The standard J-cup is equipped with nylon padding to prevent any damage to your barbell.  

Roller J-Cups

Roller J-Cups have essentially the same function as standard J-cups, but their unique design allows you to easily centre the bar before you start your set without wearing down the cups.  

UHMW Sandwich J-Cups

The Sandwich J-Cups have a thick design which improves rack clearance. These J-cups are also extremely durable.

The Extended Arm attachment provides the opportunity to attach even more accessories to your rack, including Olympic rings! 

Landmine Attachment

The Landmine Attachment can be installed on any of the uprights and unlocks the option of rotational barbell exercises, including presses, rows, and twists. These exercises will help bulletproof your shoulders and core. They are also a great way to tackle any upper-body muscle imbalances.  

Battle Rope Anchor

Extension Bay

The M4 Power Rack Extension Bay lets you increase the depth of your rack, creating extra space for more attachments and storage solutions. The extension bay will also add stability to your cage. 

Front Stabiliser Bars

These Front Stabiliser Bars come in pairs and can be attached to the front rack to provide additional support and stability – they are an essential add-on when racking a heavy bar on the front of the rack.
