- Rack or rig must always be bolted down if this hanger is installed
- Please note the Mirafit hanging punch bag shown in the images is only suitable for use with the 255cm rack due to the height of the bag.
- Fixings included allow this hanger to share holes with other components on the reverse side of the upright
