- Rack mounted folding punch bag bracket allows boxing bag to fold out and away after use
- Compatible with our M4 Power Rack range
- Can be adjusted to four angles for optimal bag positioning
- Angles are 0, 45, 90, or 135 degrees
- Aluminium pull knob for easy adjustment
- Heavy duty adjustment plate with stainless steel protector plate
- Adjustable design means the arm can fold out when in use and then fold away against the rack to save space when not in use
- Bolts to the upright and includes an eyelet with heavy duty carabiner also included
- Eyelet has built in bearings for smooth rotation
- Rack or rig must always be bolted down if this hanger is installed
- Please note the Mirafit hanging punch bag shown in the images is only suitable for use with the 255cm rack due to the height of the bag.
- Fixings included allow this hanger to share holes with other components on the reverse side of the upright
- Tested to 100kg
