Bought these for my M4 Rack. They are heavy duty and well made. I train powerlifting specific and these were ideal to centre the bar for bench and squat. A good powerbar with aggressive knurl will start to eat into the rollers but to be expected . What i do like about the roller cups is they have a rear pin to the back which makes them extra secure to rack. Would recommend
