Rings are nice and grippy to the touch 7ft straps are about the right length for hanging from standard height equipment in the gym there are now in use everyday love this bit of kit

I bought these to perfect Australian pull-ups ,I purposely bought these with the short straps as I don’t need to much lean to increase difficulty .
But for versatility I would recommend the long ones instead , you must have to fiddle with the excess but on these straps you have the Velcro tie up.
I also have a set of plastic rims ,the wooden ones are a game changer ,very comfortable and just mould to you’re hands,highly recommend these for a set, wouldn’t hesitate to buy again

I bought these to use for dips (bloody hard) inverted rows etc... with the benefit that my daughter could play with them.
Easy to adjust, good quality and fun to use* they can hold my weight comfortably (120ish kg).

Bought these with the intention of using them for certain exercises, the quality and feel seem good, likewise so do the straps etc, unfortunately so far I haven’t actually got around to using them, but hoping to soon
