- Supplied as a pair with securing pins
- Designed to attach to M4 Series uprights
- Suitable for use on M4 power racks, squat stands, and half racks
- Each holder will hold one dumbbell
- Compatible with Mirafit hex, rubber and urethane dumbbells
- If you plan to use other dumbbells please refer to the measurements given below to check suitability
- Lipped design prevents dumbbells from rolling out
- Central opening allows access to the dumbbell
- Anti slip liners where the dumbbell sits for extra grip
- Protective nylon liners facing the rack reduce the risk of scratches
- Very simple to install
- Features an easy to use pull pin for securing in place
