Very nice bag and hanging system. Also went for the 16oz leather gloves which are very comfortable

Added this to my M4 half cage and am not disappointed, really heavy duty. I have it mounted to the front and I thought it might get in the way for over head press for example but it does not. (I am 5’11) It is set high enough, worth whole investment. Quick deliver as always , Mirafit is becoming my go to for kit.
