- Available to fit the 205cm and 230cm M4 Power Racks
- Not currently available for the 255cm M4 Rack
- Simple bolt-on design attaches directly to pre-drilled holes in the M4 frame
- Adds high and low cable pulley functions
- Includes a wide lat pull down bar and a straight bar
- Lat pull bar stores out of the way when not in use (as shown in image 1)
- Compatible with a wide range of carabiner attachments
- Allows a range of exercises to be performed including seated rows, push downs and bicep curls
- Please note: The high attachment is only suitable for downward motion exercises such as lat pull down and triceps pushdowns. It is not suitable for forward motion exercises such as overhead triceps extensions
- Black 24cm long 2" Olympic weight poles (collars not included)
- Nylon pulleys and stainless steel guide rods provide a smooth motion
- Includes chains and carabiners, allowing the user to easily adjust the tautness of the cable
- Anti slip textured foot plates for comfort when performing low rows
- Suitable for up to 150kg (75kg per pole)
- Measurements:
- Fitting this cable system adds an extra 2cm height to the overall rack height

- Note: To reduce friction, apply a lubricating oil such as 3in1 oil to the sliding section and rollers
