Great quality bearing bar and rack widthSo it has bearings and bushings and has a smooth action Good quality chroming and decent medium to aggressive knurling Hunting around this is the best rackable 6ft bar with the most loadable distance Another win by Mirafit - converting my whole kit to Mirafit at present

Great bar for garage gymThis is such a brilliant idea. It feels just like a normal bar in a commercial gym thanks to the same thickness but saves some space in a garage gym. And still works in a cage. Slight minus that the quality or finish doesn't look like five stars but no issues after 4-5 months, may be just cosmetic.

Decent bar great sizeThe bar is spot on for a garage and cage set up noting the shorter collars and 15kg weight. One of the bearings seems to grind compared to the other which makes it feel a bit cheap which is the only let down.

Let down by clanky sleevesNot enough room for a full 7ft bar in my garage gym so had been using the women's 6ft 6inch 15kg M3 bar, but that only has a diameter of 25mm, which is a bit small for my hands (not a gorilla by any means!). The grips on this 6ft International bar feel much better in the hand but the sleeves are very noisy and clanky compared to the M3 bar. The spin is also not smooth or even between the 2 sleeves. Contacted customer services who said it's 'normal'. Shame as it's a great combination of a shorter bar with a full size grip and centre width for using on racks - better quality sleeves would make this bar a winner. If you have smaller hands/short fingers I'd recommend the women's M3 bar instead which seems far better quality for only £40 more if you have room for the extra 6 inches as this bar is a little disappointing.
