Our standard 1" Barbells are perfect for helping you train and get stronger. Use them to lift, raise and press to build muscle and increase your fitness levels. They have a lower weight capacity than the thicker two inch bars, but are still suitable for a range of weight training.

1 INCH BARBELL

If you are looking to increase your strength training and looking to do exercises such as a bench press, then a bar is great to get started with. The one inch bars are thinner than an Olympic bar and so will fit standard one inch weight plates.

If you already have standard dumbbell bars, then you can share your weight set between the two bars, as they will be compatible. The standard barbell is able to be used with our standard cast iron weight plates, but many of our other types of weights, such as bumper plates will only fit on Olympic barbells.

We have standard barbells in 4ft to 7ft sizes in both silver and black. Solid steel construction and weight load tested, you can be sure our gear will help you reach your goals and beyond.
