Sit up bars, ab trainers and glute ham developers

Sit up Benches are a great piece of kit for those who are just getting into physical conditioning or those who are getting back into a fitness regime following injury. The adjustable angle of the bench allows you to perform a range of exercises at varying intensities.

You will need a ghd machine if you are looking to take your core strength to the next level. This is an excellent piece of equipment to add to any garage gym, as it is specially designed to work glutes and hamstrings and to work your posterior chain. GHD sit ups will take your core training up a level.

An under door sit up bar can be used to transform any door into an opportunity for working the abs. Simply attach to the bottom of the door and start working those core muscles. Once attached, hook your feet under the bars and use it as an anchor for your ankles whilst you do sit ups.
