With frames that are made of heavy duty steel to provide strength and stability, your only worry will be how much weight you can add to your next set. The padding is made of high density foam which will provide you with plenty of comfort during your strength training.

The M1 and M2 flat benches are excellent gym benches for beginner and intermediate users with the M2 featuring a thick anti-slip cushion.
