Please note if an attachment is installed using the side holes at the top of the uprights then it will not be possible to also use the top j-cup position.

Stop searching. Buy this rack !!Spent ages looking at racks and with low ceiling height this worked well. Quality is outstanding. J hooks and spotter arms solid. Just as good as commercial at gym. After reading other reviews I also bought the m3 fat grip pull up bar. Completes the rack for a full body work out. Just need to buy 4x M10 100mm bolts and nuts to fit this rack as ones provided too big. Very happy with this purchase.
