Resistance workout bands and glute bands

Available as different sizes in order to offer light, medium and heavy level of resistance, these exercise bands can be used on their own or in conjunction with pull up bars or weight lifting racks to allow a wide range of movements.

When strength training you can incorporate latex rubber or fabric resistance bands into your daily workout. They are also popular for rehabilitation and can be used on both the upper and lower body as required.

The great thing about fabric resistance bands is the fact that even if you lack the room for large gym equipment, you can still do squats or hip thrusts with a band around your thighs. You can also add resistance band training into to your weight lifting routine by attaching pegs to your power cage that can then be looped over your barbell. This increases the difficulty of the lift and helps build muscles faster without the need for heavier plates.
