- Available in a choice of size:
- 5cm Set (includes 1.3mm and 1.5mm)
- 10cm Set (includes 1.3mm and 1.5mm)
- 5cm + 10cm set (includes four bands - one of each size)
- Muscle flossing helps to relieve pain and improve range of motion and mobility through compression
- All our bands are 208cm in length with white printed Mirafit logos
- Standard 1.3mm thick (orange) bands provide regular compression
- Thicker 1.5mm (black) bands provide increased compression for deeper targetting or for athletes with large muscles
- 5cm (2") width bands are ideal for target specific muscles
- 10cm (4") wide bands are suitable for larger muscle groups. Please bear in mind that 10cm wide bands will be more difficult to apply due to their size.
- Includes mesh carry bag and central tube for easier re-rolling
- Adult use only. Remove immediately if you experience pain or discomfort.
- Max stretch is 150% of original length. Do not stretch bands beyond this.
- Please Note: These floss bands are made from natural latex and are not suitable for anyone with a latex allergy.
