Good quality bands that are much more comfortable to use than the rubber type and they don't feel like they're going to break every time you use them.

I bought these fabric resistance bands to help my recovery from hip replacement surgery, they are well worth the money and are comfortable to use rather than the rubber type, I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

I just recently got hold of a set of these fabric resistance bands and absolutely love them! My PT added in a set of exercises into our program to help with my really weak hip flexors, and my regular rubber bands were just really uncomfortable around my knees. These ones are huge improvement and have really helped me lock in these exercises, and seeing massive improvements already! Thanks a lot Mirafit! :)
