Good product, better serviceThe barbell is as expected and very happy with it. When it was sent out admittedly I left it for a few days and by the time I got around to opening it up I found out the wrong thing had been sent. I contacted support and they were so fast to respond and that day they organised to sent out the correct product and pick up the wrong one. I’ve been really impressed with how good they are with this stuff because I get things don’t always go to play, but it’s how you respond which is important, and I just feel these guys are the gold standard of n customer service.
