Gym MatGreat value mat, plenty of padding. Ideal for warm up, stretching, foam roller and ab work. Much better for the knees than rubber gym flooring. Like the way you can fold it up and put it away.

Good mat for floor exercisesBought this for the wife while she does her Joe Wicks exercises. It does the job for that. Been using it myself for slamball exercises, and it takes the impact well. Not to be confused with a crash mat, as this isn't firm. But for the price you pay, a good piece of equipment.
