Good sizeWell made and good size. Could be cheaper.

Good quality matIt's a good quality mat. Won't lose its volume like the lower-quality foam ones. One thing though - it's much softer than I expected, which is why it's only getting 4 stars instead of 5.

So goodI no longer have bruises on my knees and elbows! So good for home workouts. Nice and thick/padded and folds up easily so you can tidy it away. Handles are really handy to carry it round too. The only thing I would say is that the mat sometimes slides around my floor doing certain workouts, but still great.

Great productAs an exercise mat, this is great quality and very cushioned. In fact, it was too thick for the purposes I needed it for (barbell hip thrusts) in that it wouldn’t really fit under the bar. So I had to return and bought a thinner, more generic yoga mat which is perfect.
